Citinow SG: what this site is

Citinow is an online casino brand offering slots, live dealer tables and sports betting, and it is marketed to players in Malaysia and Singapore. People in Singapore search for "Citinow SG", the Citinow login page and the Citinow app. This site answers those searches. It is not run by Citinow and it is not the Citinow login page.

citinowsg.com is an independent guide, not Citinow. This site does not link to Citinow or to any other casino, and it earns nothing from them. We have not deposited or withdrawn money at Citinow, so bonuses, limits, payout times and licence details are only what Citinow itself advertises.

The legal position in Singapore

Under the Gambling Control Act 2022, gambling online is only lawful with an operator licensed or exempted in Singapore. In practice that means Singapore Pools for online lottery and sports betting; there is no licensed online casino. Gambling with an unlicensed operator is an offence for the player as well as the operator, and players can face fines and even jail. The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore (GRA) can also direct internet providers to block unlawful gambling sites and payment providers to stop payments to them. Citinow is not licensed in Singapore.

What Citinow advertises

Games: slots from third-party studios, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo, and game shows.
Promotions: a welcome bonus, rebates and VIP levels. Every bonus comes with wagering rules and withdrawal limits; read them before accepting one.
App and login: play in the browser or through an app downloaded from Citinow's own site, not from the App Store or Google Play.

We have not tested any of this. Citinow's English site is aimed at Malaysia rather than Singapore.

What we could not confirm

Who operates Citinow and which regulator, if any, licenses it.
How long withdrawals take, or whether players in Singapore are paid at all.
Whether Citinow accepts PayNow, GrabPay or Singapore bank transfers.

Because the operator is unlicensed in Singapore, no Singapore authority can help you recover money from it.

Lawful options in Singapore

If you are in Singapore and want to gamble lawfully, the options are Singapore Pools (lottery and sports betting, online or at outlets) and the two casinos at Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa (21 and over; Singapore citizens and permanent residents pay an entry levy).
